Detox juices or green juices are helpful in many ways. One of them is to lose weight because they have low calories.

Detox juice of cabbage, beet, and ginger

Each 250 ml glass of juice has approximately 147 calories.

You’re going to need 2 cabbage leaves, 1 spoon of mint leaves, 1 apple, 1 carrot or 1 beet, ½ cucumber without the shell and 1 spoon of grated ginger, and a glass of water.

Prepare this blending the juice of 1 lemon, the juice of two oranges, 6 lettuce leaves, ½ glass of water.

This is a different and delicious detox juice with no green on it.

Mix 1 slide of watermelon, juice of 1 lemon, 150 ml coconut water, 1 spoon of cinnamon and 5 units of cashew.

Juice of pineapple and wild cabbage

You will need 100 ml of cold water, 1 cucumber wheel, 1 green apple, 1 pineapple slice, 1 spoon of grated ginger, 1 spoon of chia, 1 wild cabbage leave.
